Meet Eleanor
Eleanor Monte Jones started her consultancy, Rigby, LLC, in August 2019, to guide clients through both the college selection process and career advancement. Eleanor worked at Georgetown University from 1996 to 2020. Eleanor received the Georgetown University President’s Award for Excellence in 2020.
Eleanor has significant experience in admissions, academic advising, professional development, scholarship selection, board management, volunteer engagement, fundraising, public speaking, recruitment, and coaching. This work has been a life-long passion for Eleanor, who grew up traveling to colleges and universities with her father, a former college counselor.
Eleanor lives in the Washington, D.C. area with her family: her husband, two children and extremely energetic puppy, Louie.
