What do you charge?

There is a complimentary 30 minute initial consultation. Packages and hourly rates are available and provided on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch to find out what works best for you!

Why should I consider hiring a coach rather than a consultant?

This is your journey and something that you, ultimately, own. Consultants tell you what to do. Coaches ask powerful questions to inspire, reframe, and focus on what’s important to their clients.

Coaches are another set of eyes to monitor your progress, adjust your expectations if needed, and keep you accountable to the goals you set for yourself. Essentially, coaches break down the application and job search process into manageable steps to help you achieve your objectives.

How did you get the name Rigby, LLC?

Eleanor’s AP History teacher, Mrs. Boring, gave her the nickname “Rigby” after the Beatles song, “Eleanor Rigby.” When looking for a name for her business, Eleanor kept coming back to Rigby because it is a short name for a business and reminded her of a time in her own life when she was hitting the books, dreaming big, and making a professional move.

Where and when will meetings take place?

Meeting locations and times are decided together with the client. Most of the time meetings take place between 10 am and 8 pm. Eleanor spends at least 30 minutes reviewing each essay, cover letter, resume, or activity list, etc. Don’t let your schedule be an excuse or an obstacle to obtaining guidance on your next steps!
